The class is suitable for beginners & those who have exercised before. You can attend from 13 weeks and continue up to birth!

The first half of the class will focus on safe and gentle cardiovascular exercises. The second half will focus on strengthening your core postural muscles, lower back and pelvic floor muscles. We end with stretch & relaxation. After which is an opportunity for refreshments, giving you the opportunity to chat with other mums-to-be and discuss relevant issues surrounding pregnancy, birth and beyond.

It is important that you complete the pre-screening health questions at checkout. This is to ensure that you are safe to exercise and that I am fully aware of any aches or pains or medical conditions before you join the class. The questions are regarding your health, current pregnancy or postnatal recovery and also asks what you hope to achieve by attending.
