Postnatal


 

Suitable for beginners and those who have exercised before, you can attend with your baby from 6 weeks following a normal delivery or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean - ideally after your GP check-up.

 

This is a programme that progresses safely throughout the 6 week course. Conditioning exercises concentrate on strengthening the abdominals, lower back and pelvic muscles.The class finishes with stretches.

 

At the end of the session, is an opportunity for refreshments and an informal chat about relevant topics with other mums.
