Kate Campbell’s 321 Exercise Programme voted NETMUMS favourite class!
A LOCAL exercise class has been voted among Britain’s best in a prestigious national competition.
Kate’s 321 exercise class, held at Ecclesall Church Hall on Wednesdays & Trinity United Reformed Church on Saturdays, has scooped one of the top awards in the Classes For You competition, run by Britain’s biggest parenting site Netmums.
The UK-wide competition was launched as a chance for people running adult classes to be recognized for their hard work serving and improving the local community. Over 1.7 million members were eligible to vote in the competition.
Class organiser, Kate Campbell, was delighted to be crowned a local favourite, The 321 exercise programme is one of many classes run by Kate, a local midwife and personal trainer, as part of Keep Mums Fit.
Beaming Kate Campbell said: “I’m so pleased my class has been voted Netmums favourite class. My 321 programme gives you a full body workout in just 30 minutes. It’s very popular with mums as it fits well into their lifestyle and is easy to replicate at home to reach goals faster.
