Safe, progressive interval training, designed for mums.
Bring your babies along while you exercise.
A great class for anyone wanting to get in shape, stay fit and have fun!
As with all the classes, wear comfy clothes, trainers, a good supportive bra is essential and bring along water or juice. Ensure you have eaten well before the class and if you bring your baby, make sure that they have eaten too.
If you have older children they can attend if they are happy to sit or join in. They even get a sticker.
Kim will be there to support- but you will need to be on hand to tend to your little ones if they become unsettled.
This class is aimed as:-
1: A follow on class if you have attended the 6 week postnatal course.
2: A class for new mums if you are over 4 months postnatal.
3: A class for anyone wanting to get in shape, stay fit and have fun.
As a guide, Baby - 9 months old welcome - any older and they will want to join in!
However this is very individual.
