General Information

The classes are led by me, but I value your thoughts and ideas, so if you have any subjects or topics you would like me to cover please let me know. 

 

I am not aware of everyone’s working or personal background, but if you feel your occupation or profession would be of value to other members of the class and you would be happy to contribute in some way please let me know.

 

Please arrive promptly to classes. It is very important that you do not miss the warm up.

 

If any changes have occurred since you completed the pre screening form please inform me at the start of the class.

 

It is normal to feel some muscular soreness after exercise especially if you have not exercised for a while, however contact your midwife or GP if the discomfort does not subside.

 

Classes will usually run term time only.

 

Leaflets on display are for you to take away with you, unless marked Kate’s copy. Samples are for you to browse through and look at before you purchase your own.

 

You can borrow one book at a time, for 2 weeks only.

 

Please make sure you and baby have eaten before the class.

I will be available at the end of the session for any queries you may have or individual chats.
