General Information

All classes are led by me and are safe, effective and fun.

 

I value creative input from my class members, so if you have any suggestions about subjects or topics you would like me to cover, please let me know. 

 

Also, if you feel that your occupation, skills or professional experience would be of value to other members of the class and you would be happy to contribute in some way, please let me know.

 

Please arrive promptly to classes. It is essential that you are here for the warm-up session. 

 

If any changes have occurred regarding your health since you completed the pre screening form, please inform me at the start of the class.

 

It is normal and expected to feel some muscular soreness after exercise especially if you have not exercised for a while. However, contact your midwife or GP if you find that you are experiencing discomfort that does not subside.

 

Classes usually run during term-time.

 

Leaflets on display are for you to take away with you, unless marked "Kate’s copy". Samples are for you to browse through and you can purchase your own if you so wish.

 

Books may be borrowed one at a time, for 2 weeks.

 

Please make sure you (and baby if appropriate) have eaten before the class.

I will be available at the end of each session for any queries you may have, or if you simply want to chat with me.
