Aerobics, Circuits, Interval training, Abdominals and Conditioning.
This class is aimed as:-
1: A follow on class if you have attended the 6 week postnatal course.
2: A class for new mum's if you are over 4 months postnatal.
3: A class for anyone (ladies) wanting to get in shape or stay fit and who want to have fun and enjoy exercising!
£4 to pay when you come.
If you have not previously attended my classes, you will be required to complete a simple health screening questionnaire the first time you attend, or prior to coming along.
As with all the classes, wear comfy clothes; trainers, a good supportive bra is essential and bring along water or juice.
Ensure you have eaten well before the class and if you bring your baby, make sure that they have eaten too.
As a guide, Baby - 9 months old welcome - any older and they will want to join in!
This is a great class, effective and lots of fun, and one which I really enjoy teaching!
