At Keep Mums Fit there are a number of options for you to continue exercising postnatally. I recommend attending my six week Postnatal Course first to return your postnatal body to exercise safely, however this is not always required as long as you are the sufficient number of weeks postnatal as required for each class. KMF Buggy Bootcamp

KMF's outdoor bootcamp is a great way to exercise with your babies.
