The class is suitable for beginners & those who have exercised before.
You can attend from 13 weeks & continue up-to birth!
The first half of the class will focus on safe and gentle exercises.
The second half will focus on strengthening your core postural muscles, lower back and pelvic floor muscles. We end with stretch & relaxation.
After which is an opportunity for refreshments, giving you the opportunity to chat with other mums-to-be and discuss relevant issues surrounding pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Regular guest speakers will attend to discuss a diverse range of interesting topics.
